Welcome! Please read the following information carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us. We have moved our Pinup Couture wholesale site to PinupCouture.com. If you are a current Pinup Couture customer, please fill out the registration information and choose your new login and password, you will be given access to the new site. Pinup Couture began in 1996 as a small rack of pinup inspired, retro dresses and separates in founder Laura Byrnes' living room, and has grown in that time to become an international clothing brand found in boutiques across the globe. Our mission is to provide you with original, high quality clothing and top-notch, personalized service.

Product Info: All Pinup Couture clothing items (with the exception of some tee shirts) are proudly made in the USA, right here in Los Angeles. We use only the highest quality cotton/lycra and poly/lycra blends, that feel as lovely as they look. Tees are 100% combed Cotton. All items are available in sizes Small through Extra Large, with dresses also available in sizes up to 2x. Pinup Couture clothing runs true to size, with an average size Medium cut to fit a misses size 6, with enough stretch to fit a range between sizes 4 and 8. All garments are designed with optimal fit and comfort in mind. All Pinup Couture clothing is machine washable on a cold setting, and should be laid flat to dry. Dry cleaning is also recommended.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Minimums: There is a six piece minimum per style, any color size combination, when ordering on the web site. So for instance, if ordering the Greta dress, 6pcs must be ordered. You may order 6pcs in one color, or three peices each of two colors, etc, as long as the minimum ordered for the style, "great" is at least 6pcs.

Turnaround Time: Order processing time is generally 2-3 days. This is in addition to the start ship dates listed for the items.

Selling Price Requirements: Your selling price for Pinup Couture clothing must be at least double the wholesale price and must not be below our retail price shown on PinUpGirlClothing.com. Sale prices on older stock are excluded from this policy. Pinup Couture clothing reserves the right to cancel the account of any customer who is selling newly purchased Pinup Couture stock at a discounted price. This policy includes ebay sales of Pinup Couture clothing.

Retailer Requirements: Please include your tax ID number when registering at the new Pinup Couture site.

To Order: You may order Pinup Couture clothing online, via e-mail, by phone, or by fax. We recommend ordering online, as it is quicker, and you will be able to track your order status online. Your ordering is 100% Secure with SSL Shopping Cart Encryption. If you still do not feel comfortable transmitting your payment information over the web, you may choose the "Call us for info" option when ordering, and we will contact you for payment information.

Payment Methods: You may have your order shipped COD, or you may pay via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Shipment Methods: We ship via Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service. We will ship via UPS or FedEx only with your account information(Note: there may be additional charges from your carrier that we are not responsible for). Images: You may contact us for permission to use our images(photography) on your website, to be used in conjunction with sales of our product.

Markups: In order to retain the integrity of our product, we do require that your selling price not be below our suggested retail price range.

Sizing: All of our items are available in S, M, L, and XL, dresses also come in 2x. There is no custom sizing available.

Returns: We will accept returns on defective / incorrect items only. Please check your order carefully and notify us within ten business days of any problems.

Privacy Policy: We do not collect information that is unsolicited. We do not share information that is collected with anyother parties. All information that you give to us is used soley by Pin Up Girl.
